the Studio and the Bastion, designed to adapt flexibly to all your event formats. Finally, l'Atelier, nestled in the heart of the Hôtel Saint Nicolas, welcomes you in a warm and intimate atmosphere, ideal for your seminars and working days.

A modular showcase in the heart of La Rochelle! When you rent the Maison Saint-Nicolas, you get 220 m² of modular space bathed in natural light. Our three reception areas can be adapted to suit your every need: strategic meetings, product launches or upscale, convivial cocktails. For a breath of fresh air, our tree-lined terrace is the perfect place to relax. Complementing the 3 meeting spaces, the Veranda & its pretty bow window offer the ideal setting for convivial moments: gourmet breaks, Finger Food Cocktail lunches, tasty brunches... Just as for informal & One-to-one exchanges during your working day!
For your comfort and that of your guests, everything has been taken care of, with state-of-the-art technology at your disposal: video projector and touch screen with BenQ system, Bose sound system for an immersive experience, flipcharts, paper and pencils at your disposal. Nespresso machines and a refined selection from Palais des Thés are freely available, along with bottles of micro-filtered still and sparkling water, and a mini-bar offering fresh drinks from our local terroir.

On the second floor of our bourgeois building, discover Le Salon, an exceptional space where uniqueness meets contemporary comfort. With its 80 m² of soothing natural light, this plenary room embodies the spirit of «being at home» in a generous dimension, ideal for your large-scale events.
A space with character for all your configurations! Thanks to its modularity, Le Salon adapts precisely to the dynamics of your meetings, offering your colleagues a stimulating and refined working environment:
- Theater format: up to 60 people for your conferences
- in Square format: up to 42 people for your collaborative exchanges
- Classroom format: up to 36 people for your training sessions
- or in U-shape: up to 30 people for your executive committees.
To ensure your presentations run smoothly, Le Salon is equipped with the very best technology, discreetly integrated into its elegant décor: video projector with high-definition BenQ system, 2 wireless microphones and Bose sound system for absolute clarity. If you're organizing a videoconference, we guarantee optimum comfort with our sound & video bar.
Paperboards, sheets and pencils are carefully arranged to support your thinking.
You can also enjoy free access to a hot drinks bar with a Nespresso machine and a selection of Palais des Thés fine teas. To quench your thirst, we offer you our micro-filtered still and sparkling waters, a guarantee of quality and freshness.

Perched on the second floor of our bourgeois home, Le Grenier is a 50 m² space full of character, combining authentic charm and modernity. What makes it special? On request, we can offer you a small adjoining private lounge, ideal for sub-commissions or private meetings. Bathed in natural light, it offers a calm and inspiring atmosphere, conducive to reflection.
Le Grenier adapts to your needs to create a tailor-made working environment, always in the spirit of «home from home»:
- in Theater format (up to 30 people)
- in Square format (up to 24 people)
- in U-shape (up to 20 people) and in Class format (up to 18 people for your training sessions)
Just like our other spaces, Le Grenier boasts state-of-the-art equipment and top-of-the-range services for total serenity: high-speed wifi, touch screen with wireless connection via box, wireless speaker for sound, flipcharts, sheets and pencils. A dedicated area with Nespresso machine and a selection of Palais des Thés teas is freely accessible and included in your rental. You'll also find our still and sparkling waters micro-filtered on site for optimum freshness throughout the day.

Located in the heart of the Maison Saint-Nicolas, La Bibliothèque is a privileged 30 m² workspace. True to its name, this ground-floor setting offers a hushed, calm and resolutely «cosy» atmosphere. It's the ideal place for your board meetings, recruitment sessions or small brainstorming sessions.
A confidential setting for your discussions! La Bibliothèque invites you to concentrate and make calm decisions. Its layout has been designed to promote proximity and quality of exchanges. It can accommodate up to 12 people in square format and up to 8 people in U-shaped format.
So that you can concentrate on the essentials, we've equipped the Library with all modern comforts, perfectly integrated into its warm decor: television for your presentations, wireless speakers for sound, as well as flipcharts, paper and pencils are all at your disposal. Enjoy a Nespresso coffee or a selection of Palais des Thés teas, freely available throughout your working session. To quench your thirst, our bottles of still and sparkling water, micro-filtered on site, are also at your disposal.

Designed for more informal, tasty moments, the Véranda is ideal for organizing gourmet breaks, cocktail lunches, buffets and brunches - all occasions to bring your staff and partners together. And when the fine weather arrives, the Véranda naturally opens onto its terrace, offering an outdoor extension where conversations continue, glasses are raised and convivial moments take on a whole new flavor.

A warm and spacious plenary room
At the Masq Hôtel, our 70 m² plenary room has been designed to welcome your meetings and working days in the best possible conditions. Bathed in natural light thanks to its large windows, it offers a stimulating yet soothing setting, conducive to concentration and productive exchanges. Fully equipped with a video projector, notepads, pencils, a selection of teas and coffees, and bottled water, you'll be able to settle in without constraint and get your meeting underway right from the start.
The Studio adapts to the configuration that best suits your event. It can accommodate up to :
- 28 people in U configuration,
- 30 people in Class format
- 40 people in Carré.
- and for groups of 40 to 65 people in a theater layout, to ensure optimum comfort and visibility for all.
Whatever the size of your group or the format you choose, our team will make sure that every detail is in place before you arrive, so that you can concentrate fully on the essentials.

Le Bastion du Masq Hotel
For your small-group work sessions, brainstorming sessions or meetings, the Masq Hôtel offers you a bright, intimate 15 m² sub-commission room. Equipped like its big sister - with projectuib screen, notepads, pencils, tea, coffee and water - it creates a concentrated working environment, ideal for exchanges requiring discretion and depth.
Le Bastion can accommodate small groups in two configurations: U-shaped for up to 5 people, or square for up to 6.
Particularly appreciated as a complement to the Studio for sub-group work or presentations, this room is a human-sized space where ideas circulate freely and decisions are taken calmly.

L'Atelier du Saint-Nicolas
In the heart of the Hôtel Saint-Nicolas ****, an establishment steeped in history, nestles L'Atelier: an intimate, refined seminar room designed for those who wish to combine efficiency with a little extra soul.
In a 40 m² space with a warm, well-kept atmosphere, you can welcome up to 20 people for your meetings, workshops and working days. L'Atelier adapts to your needs:
- Up to 14 participants in a U-shape configuration, to encourage exchanges
- For up to 20 people in square or island formats, as you wish
To ensure that every moment is as enjoyable as it is productive, we make sure that nothing is missing: Malongo coffee, a selection of teas from the Palais des Thés brand and bottles of micro-filtered still and sparkling water are freely available... As well as everything you need to work serenely: television equipped with the BenQ system (wireless boxes), paperboard, notepads and pencils.
