Between two sessions, a well thought-out break makes all the difference. At Les Cosy Hôtels, every break is carefully prepared, with an emphasis on local produce and homemade recipes.
The day begins with our Gentleness« service» A selection of coffees and teas, including artisanal mini-douceur, apple juice and an assortment of fresh seasonal fruits, freshly brewed water - a warm introduction that sets the tone.
During the day, two gourmet breaks will recharge your teams:
- Morning break Hot beverages (Nespresso coffees, Palais des Thés teas) and seasonal fruit, accompanied by a delicacy to share - soft brioche with homemade jams, or gourmet pancakes with toppings.
- Afternoon break We've got all you need for the final stretch: coffees, Palais des Thés teas, homemade lemonade and seasonal fruit, with a homemade cake to share.

We call on our catering partner from La Rochelle to create meals with character, much appreciated by our customers. Trained in Michelin-starred establishments, our partner chef works with fresh, seasonal produce, respecting the local terroir.
For spring-summer 2026, let yourself be tempted by starters such as Pertuis cuttlefish with tomato confit and snacked zucchini, or tuna chirashi with creamy peas. For main courses, roasted cod with risotto, tournedos of free-range poultry with basil or tomatoes stuffed with preserved summer vegetables will delight all palates, including vegetarians.
